Made from brushed 18/8 stainless steel, it is sturdy, durable and features a large handle for a comfortable grip. Unlike a conventional garlic press, by using downward pressure and a rocking motion, it crushes cloves quickly and evenly, forcing the pieces up through the perforated arc.
