Description
Description
Two icons of the Made in Italy tradition come together to celebrate the beauty of the Italian coffee ritual. Thus the exquisite Moka Induction Bialetti Dolce&Gabbana is born, an exclusive coffee maker suitable for use on induction cooktops due to its dual-layer boiler technology. An outer steel layer allows it to be used on induction cooktops, while an inner aluminium layer ensures even heat distribution.
In this unprecedented version, pure white and intense blue decorate the Moka Induction, evoking the captivating atmospheres of Southern Italy. Moka Induction Blu Mediterraneo is a genuine masterpiece of style, turning the coffee ritual into a celebration of the handcrafted excellence that has always been at the heart of Dolce&Gabbana's aesthetics.
Constructed from food grade aluminium, stainless steel and complete with Bialetti's patented safety valve. The Moka Induction preserves iconic design elements such as the distinctive octagonal design of the original Moka while the innovative bi-layer steel & aluminium base allow for use on all cooktops including induction.
To produce an authentic espresso in minutes, simply fill the bottom with water, add your favourite espresso ground coffee to the funnel, and gently heat on your stovetop.
Please note, the cup size refers to an espresso cup which is approximately 30mls. The actual volume of brewed coffee is dependent on the volume of water and the grind or type of coffee added to the pot prior to brewing.
Each Bialetti Dolce&Gabbana Moka Induction features hand-applied designs that may result in slight variations in the placement of Dolce&Gabbana's signature motifs. These variations are to be expected and ensure that no two Moka Induction pots are exactly alike.

How to prepare coffee:
1. Start by pouring room-temperature water into the Moka boiler and fill it to the level of the safety valve. Do not exceed this level or the coffee might be too watery.
2. Now choose your preferred blend of ground coffee. Be careful! The blend must have a specific grind for the Moka pot that is not too fine. Fill the Moka funnel generously, without pressing the coffee.
3. Want to know a little secret? Set the heat to low and take your time. It is worth waiting a few more minutes to enjoy an excellent coffee. When the coffee has risen completely in the collector, turn off the heat.
4. Now comes the crucial moment: tasting it. To best savour all the aromas, we recommend drinking the coffee as soon as you pour it into the cup.
Instructions for cleaning: Wash after each use with lukewarm water, avoiding the use of detergents and/or abrasive materials.
